What do I need to do with my garbage cans for you to clean them?

Your garbage cans will be cleaned the day your garbage is picked up. Just leave them at your curb and we’ll do the rest.

 

How will I know when my next scheduled cleaning is?

We will either send an email or text message reminding you of your next scheduled cleaning.

 

Do you leave dirty water on the street to run off?

No, not at all.  The dirty water funnels into the hopper on the truck for proper disposal.

 

How do you dispose of the dirty water?

We run the dirty water through a 16 stage filtration system then dispose of it through a water treatment facility.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via our online secure system.

 

How do you bill?

Billing is based on the number of cans and frequency. Monthly and Quarterly billing in a recurring subscription that can be canceled at any time. You may only cancel once every 12 months. 

 

What size garbage cans can fit into the cleaning arms?

We can clean nearly every size up to a 96 gallon bin.  That’s the really big one!

 

What if I move?

If you move within our service area, your agreement will follow you to your new location. If not we will refund the prorated difference.

 

How much does your service cost?

We have several service plans to meet all budgets. Please see our residential services section to see all of our pricing options.

 

Can I just have a one-time cleaning?

Yes you can! Please visit our residential services section for pricing.

 

Why is a one-time clean more expensive than the service plans?

The one off cleaning takes considerably longer and must be fit into a route. Have a look at our residential services page to see which option is right for you.
