What do I need to do with my garbage cans for you to clean them?

Your garbage cans will either be cleaned the day your garbage is picked up or the day after. Just leave them at your curb and we’ll do the rest.

How will I know when my next scheduled cleaning is?

We will send an email reminder one week before as well as the day before your next scheduled cleaning.

Do you leave dirty water on the street to run off?

No, not at all. The dirty water funnels into the hopper on the truck for proper disposal.

How do you dispose of the dirty water?

We run the dirty water through a 16 stage filtration system then dispose of it through a water treatment facility.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via our online secure system.

How do you bill?

We pre-authorize your credit card first. Then, after your service is completed your credit card is billed the apprpriate amount based on the number of cans and frequency. Monthly and Quarterly billing are continuing services that can be canceled at any time. Just email or call us. Annual plans are Monthly subscriptions billed up front.

What size garbage cans can fit into the cleaning arm?

We can clean nearly every size up to a 96 gallon bin. That’s the really big one!

What if I move?

If you move within our service area, your agreement will follow you to your new location. If not we will refund the prorated difference.
